JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii – Thirty-two international students participating in the Comprehensive Crisis Management course from the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies visited the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance, at CFE-DM, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, March 1, 2019.
CFE-DM Director Joseph Martin presented a brief along with a question and answer session explaining how his staff facilitates training and information sharing globally among civilian governmental and nongovernmental organizations, foreign militaries, and academic institutions with DMHA missions and programs.
