U.S. Department of War military, civilian, and contractor personnel are eligible to attend HART courses. If you are interested in attending a HART course, please email the hosting command POC listed for the specific course. Please include the course dates as well as your command and position/billet in the email. Please note that attendance is subject to the hosting command’s approval.
